[Ghana] KVO held children writing competition

KVO held children writing competition in Ghana for beneficiary children of mobile library service. From 36 beneficiary schools of KVO mobile library in Greater Accra, 4,600 of primary school students and 2,650 of Secondary school students etc (as a whole: 7300) were participated in this competition.

Children read books which are provided from KVO mobile library beforehand and wrote essays for an hour with 100 words to 250 words. Teachers and experts chose 200 of works for the first time and among them they finalized 18 works.

There was awarding ceremony for this writing competition on 24th of June, in front of KVO children rainbow library. Ok-Soon Choi (the chief of KVO African department), chief of STX Ghana, education officers of each province, principals of beneficiary schools, students and parents were attended at the ceremony.
